Charges/encumbrances checks
Reviewing the land register to ensure the property is free from debts, mortgages, or legal claims.

Deposit handling
Managing the buyer’s deposit securely through the notary’s escrow account until completion of the sale.
For land and developments, we assist with AVNA (Autorisation de Vocation Non Agricole) and related permits via our planning contacts.
